Although many people assume that they have ‘good common sense’, things can be pretty different when it comes to reality. Common sense not about how intellectually smart you are, but how sound your judgement is in practical situations/problems. Most people will believe they are pretty clever until they are challenged with a few common sense questions, so these are always a lot of fun to ask your friends. They will seem very confident at first but the more questions you ask the more that will change. Try to answer these questions and ask your friends too! measure each others level of common sense. Record it on video too if you feel like sharing your experience on social media (These questions often end in laughs).. So lets begin.
1 – How many times you can subtract the number 8 from 24?
Answer: Once… The second time your subtracting from 16!
2 – Two fathers and two sons went fishing. It was their lucky day and they caught three fish (one large fish, one small fish and a fat fish). Although there were only three fish, they each managed to take home a fish. How is this possible?
Answer: There were actually three people; a grandfather, father and a son – the father is also a son.
3 – You are given a small pebble which you will put into an empty bottle. You will then insert the cork into the neck and close it. How could you take out the pebble without taking out the cork or breaking the bottle?

Answer: Today is January 1st. He was 19 on December 30th (day before yesterday) and turned into 20 on December 31st (yesterday). He will be 21 by this December 31st and next year’s December 31st he will be 22.
26 – What is the thing you should break before using it?
27 – What is the thing that goes around the world while staying in a corner?
28 – It is as round as an apple, it is as deep as a cup and even the ocean can’t fill it up. What is it?

Testing your common sense will often leaving you feeling a little less confident in your intellect, try to ask the same questions to your friends and I promise you won’t feel as bad (They will most likely answer very similar to you).
