1 – Cinnamon Challenge
One of the most feared of all food fun challenges, the dreaded cinnamon challenge. This challenge requires the participants to swallow an entire spoonful of cinnamon in under a minute, and no your not allowed any water! This challenge isn’t as easy at it sounds because the cinnamon will almost instantly take all the moisture out of your mouth and throat, and this will cause coughing and gagging. Make sure you don’t inhale this stuff either – or you might end up in an ambulance on your way to the local hospital!
2 – Ice Bucket Challenge
The once viral ice bucket challenge was one of the most popular of all fun challenges. This challenge required the participants to sit down and have a giant bucket/container of freezing cold, ice water tipped on top of them! The challenge itself was all about raising money for charity and having a bit of fun. Once you have completed the challenge and withstood the ice water you may nominate three other people to take on the challenge. If they decline the request they must donate money to charity as punishment.
3 – Raw Garlic or Onion Challenge
Have you ever tried to eat a raw clove of garlic or an entire raw white onion before? Probably not, it’s not a flavorsome snack.. This challenge requires all participants to devour an entire onion or multiple cloves of garlic! This isn’t as easy at it sounds, both of these foods will test your limits – they will have spice, burn and an extremely intense flavor. Enough to bring tears to your eyes so make sure you prepare yourself well!

You guessed it.. Prepare to eat an entire pepper (any colour) raw and whole! This will be more challenging for those that can’t handle a bit of heat, but don’t get me wrong – all you chili lovers out there are going to feel the burn with this one. The participants must eat an entire chilli/pepper completely raw and swallow. This is a challenge you will feel not only in your mouth but your stomach as well, not to mention when it comes out the other side…

Can you handle a little sourness and bitterness? Then this is the challenge for you! This will require you cut a lemon or lime up and suck all the juices out from each slice! It’s harder then it sounds, these citrus fruits pack a sour and bitter hit with each drop. Race your friend or family and see who can suck all the juices out first, are you up for the challenge?
6 – Warhead Challenge
Another sour one up for the taking. For this one you will require some sour warheads, and plenty of them. The challenge will be to see who can put the most sour warheads in their mouth at once and withstand all that sour goodness! Don’t be fooled.. Just because you can handle one sour warhead doesn’t mean you can handle 5. The more in your mouth the harder it will become, have fun!
7 – The Cinnamon Donut Challenge
Ever tried to eat a cinnamon donut before without licking your lips? This challenge will require you to eat a cinnamon donut without licking your lips a single time! It doesn’t sound that hard does it? Well give it a go and find out.. you may need multiple donuts for this one – its a lot more difficult then you think.

For all you pizza lovers out there we have just the challenge just for you! Now this is going to be easier for some but what you need to do is eat an entire pizza by yourself in under 5 minutes. 10 – Make Up Without A Mirror Challenge
This challenge is for all those bored girls with some spare makeup. To complete this challenge you will need to apply a full set of makeup on yourself with NO MIRROR! Oh and did I mention it has to look good, good enough to wear it out. If you have a friend over see who can paint their face the prettiest – no mirror style. This one can get a little ugly so beware..
11 – Milk Challenge
For all you milk lovers out there this is right up your alley. This challenge will require all the participants to drink an entire 3L/1Gallon bottle of milk! Oh and your not allowed to spew either! For a little extra fun put some food dye in the milk and see what happens if it does decide to come back up. I recommend doing this one outside in case of projectile vo.. Wait, I’ll just let you find out for yourself, have fun!
12 – Accent Challenge
This challenge is a lot of fun but you will need to do it with someone else. Write down a bunch of accents on multiple pieces of paper (one accent per piece). Someone will need to put one piece of paper with an accent on it above their head without looking, and the other must try to talk with the accent. The person with the paper must then guess what accent it is. Examples of some accents could be: American, Japanese, Australian, Russian, French and more!
13 – The Ultimate Food Challenge
This challenge is the pinnacle of all food challenges, why? Because you will need to attempt: The cinnamon, garlic, onion, pepper, lime, lemon, warhead and cinnamon donut challenges all in one sitting! That’s right, prepare and line up every single food challenge listed and more if you can think of any.. See how far you get before you crumble into tears and a fiery mouth. Race your friends to see who can do it the fastest, or just who can do more then the other. This will be the ultimate test for all you challenge lovers out there!
14 – Likes and dislikes challenge
This can be a very exciting fun challenge particularly when all the participants are well known to each other. First, you should get pieces of paper (must be similar in size, shape and colour) and some pens or pencils. Provide every participant with a piece of paper and a pen. Ask everyone to write five likes and five dislikes (they should also write their names for identification). One person should collect all the pieces of paper and put them into a box. Then he should pick one piece after the other and read the likes on each loudly. Participants should guess which person the information belongs to. The winner of the challenge will be the person who identifies which person it is.
15 – The sketching challenge
This is a fun challenge to be played with a partner. You will need drawing paper, pencils and an assortment of objects to do this challenge. Assemble even teams with whoever you can. The partners of the competing team should be separated from a board; one partner (the drawer) will be provided with a drawing paper and a pencil while the other one (the explainer) holds a bag of various objects. The person who holds the bag of objects should describe one object at a time to the drawer. The drawer should sketch out the object according to the description and identify it correctly. The explainer is never allowed to mention the name of the object or give any clue; he or she should solely depend on the sketches only. These are the fun challenges that can make a boring day around the house much more enjoyable.
16 – Who am I challenge
This can be an extremely funny an enjoyable challenge when played with adults. As a preparation, you need to find a sticky notepad and a marker pen. Decide and write down names of well known people/characters for each participant and stick them on their foreheads respectively. Now the fun part begins; each participant gets 20 ‘yes’ or ‘no’ questions to guess who they are. The game becomes really funny when the competitors start to ask questions and recount who they are. However, if you expect the best of this challenge, you must make sure that your surroundings don’t have any mirrors or reflectors.
17 – Run with the orange challenge
This is another game played as a team of two (a couple game). Each team will be given an orange. The participants should now face each other holding an orange from their foreheads. One player should run backwards to maintain the position. The first couple that reaches the finish line wins the race. If a couple drops the orange, they should go to the start line and restart the race.
18 – Humpty dumpty challenge
This is another exiting challenge that should be performed by couples (regardless of the gender). Each couple will be given a raw egg. The couple should hold the egg from their backs while standing the opposite ways. The challenge is to drop the egg without breaking it. The couples will have to lower themselves do reduce the impact as much as possible and that is the funniest part of the game. The couple that lands the egg safely wins the game. If there are multiple winners, another round can be carried out to determine the finalists.
19 – Fill the bottle challenge
This is a team game. A team can consist of any number of players; the greater the number the more the fun! Line up all the team members parallel to each other. Each team should have a basin of water at one end and a small-necked bottle at the other end. All these objects should be the same size and shape for a fair game. The aim is to fill the respective bottles as soon as possible.
The first person towards the basin should grab the maximum amount of water using bare hand and pass to the next competitor and so on. Water should be passed to the opposite end (the person towards the bottle) and he or she should fill the bottle with the water remains in his hand. However, at the end of this challenge, the floor can be really wet, so you should make necessary arrangements for that as well.
20 – Uncrown the paper king challenge
Each player will be provided with an old newspaper page and a hat (which is also made of old newspaper). Every player should make their own sword (out of the provided newspaper page) using no glue, pins etc. (the easiest method is to roll it rightly and make a paper stick) Then, they should wear the provided hat to begin the game. The target is to uncrown the other players using the sword (made of paper) while keeping their own crown safe. No one is allowed to touch crowns by hand; use the paper stick instead. The last one to remain with the paper crown will be the winner. Try not to poke people in the eye with this challenge (or any of the fun challenges for that matter), other then that – have fun!
21 – The skittle collector challenge
You will need to have a bowl of skittles, disposable cups and a number of drinking straws to do this fun challenge. Each player will be provided a straw and the cups will be lined out a fair distance from the bowl of skittles. The aim is to collect skittles from the bowl and place them into the respective cups without dropping them. Players are not allowed to use their hands; they must use the given straw (balance the skittle or use suction). The player collects the highest number of skittles in his or her cup at the end will be the winner.
22 – The orange and spoon challenge
Each player should be provided with a mixing spoon and an orange as the ‘playing kit’. Players should hold their spoons in the mouth with the orange on it. The challenge is to knock down the opponents’ orange without losing yours. However, no physical contact is allowed (except with the spoons the players holding in their mouths) during the competition. The last player to stand with the orange on the spoon will be the winner. To make the best of these fun challenges, you should ensure that the playing area is free from fragile items, sharp edges etc.
